This includes planning and co-ordinating the base and building work, installation, electrics and even the underfloor heating if required. We provides a complete design and build service for all our conservatory and orangery projects in Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Devon, Surrey and Berkshire. We also build in other areas, please enquire if this is of interest to you.
Our complete service begins with providing you with a CAD drawing of your proposed conservatory or orangery. This is drawn after we have discussed your requirements with you to fully understand what you would like to achieve. When the design has been completed, a detailed and comprehensive quotation is prepared. This will include all the building work, installation and electrics. Your quotation is provided without charge or obligation on your part.
If you accept our quotation and after all the final details have been agreed and checked, the joinery will start the manufacturing process. During this time, the base and building work will be completed by one of our experienced builders ready for the installation. When your building is ready to be delivered from the joinery, our specialist installers will be on hand to take delivery and carry out the installation. After installation, the finishing items such as plastering and electrics will need be completed, all arranged by Open View.
If you require a Planning or Listed Building application, we will make this on your behalf, we will also obtain Building Regulations approval if required.
